Manukhta Di Sewa Society stands as one of Punjab’s most impactful humanitarian initiatives, delivering comprehensive care, protection, and rehabilitation to society’s most vulnerable. Over the years, the Society has rescued more than 2,692+ abandoned, homeless, and mentally distressed individuals, providing immediate medical attention and compassionate shelter. Through sustained family-tracing efforts, over 150 beneficiaries have been successfully reunited with their families across India and overseas—restoring relationships once thought lost.

Our medical outreach program has delivered over 247,899 OPD services, ensuring accessible healthcare to underserved communities. In addition, more than 25,165 individuals with mental health conditions have received free diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing support through our specialized camps. These initiatives enable early detection, continuous follow-up, and uninterrupted medication for both new and returning patients.

At the heart of this ecosystem is our 80-bed charitable hospital, supported by dedicated shelter homes for children, orphans, intellectually disabled individuals, and patients undergoing treatment. Together, these facilities create a safe, structured, and compassionate environment that promotes healing, dignity, and long-term well-being.

Rehabilitation is woven into everyday life: many beneficiaries who once arrived in critical condition now contribute meaningfully through sewa-based roles such as patient support, cooking, cleaning, inventory management, farming, sewing, and computer training—rebuilding confidence, skills, and purpose.

Every life restored, every patient treated, and every child safeguarded reflects Manukhta Di Sewa Society’s unwavering belief that service to humanity is the highest expression-of-compassion.
