By the grace of Waheguru Ji, the Humanity Service Family got the opportunity on 05-02-2026 to serve elderly Bapu Gurcharan Singh Brar Ji from village Dan Singh Wala, district Bathinda.
Bapu Ji was living his life in extremely miserable conditions in his own native village. His broken house had no toilet, no bathroom, and no kitchen. If sometimes a neighbor gave him something to eat, he would eat; otherwise, he often remained hungry.
Earlier, Bapu Ji could walk a little with the support of a walker, but for the past several days he has not been able to walk at all and has been lying on a bed.
Bapu Ji shared that once he also had a large and complete family. There were 16 family members—6 uncles, 6 cousins, and 4 brothers—but one by one, all of them passed away. Since Bapu Ji never got married, he was forced to spend his old age all alone, living a life like hell.
A few days ago, due to a fall, Bapu Ji fractured his hip, after which both his legs bent inward and are no longer able to straighten.
It is our humble prayer that by staying at Sapnian Da Ghar (Home of Dreams), elderly Bapu Gurcharan Singh Brar Ji may recover soon and live a happy and dignified life. ๐
